英文译文是一位不懂翻译的教授的杰作。
看到译文时差点当场passed out。
译者不可能单靠一本词典跑天下。
可惜一般人都不了解这点，以为“精通双语”就能当翻译员。

In any case, this translation would have failed.
Not taking into consideration of translation techniques, the translator is clearly NOT bilingual at all, and does not have a good command of English – the standard of English is simply atrocious, and beyond any redemption!

i found out later that such “translation” may be acceptable in a certain region.

我仔细看了三遍这翻译，楞没看懂！教授牛的，学术界很多这样的文章，让人家从标题开始就觉得很深奥，其实是英文水平烂，写的不行，跟不用提翻译了，呵呵。

每看一次笑一次。听说，这种“英文”在某地区是可以接受的，因为看的人如批改论文的教授，是用中文思想看英文。
明知道是一塌糊涂的英文，还是忍不住看了又看。
